Motorola FlipOut is a square shape mobile phone that flips out by nature just like its name. The phone has a stylish appearance and a unique opening system that allows the user to rotate the touch screen section of the casing to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard beneath.
Size and appearance
Apart from the unique design, the phone comes packed with an assortment of features. The phone sports a 2.8 inch touch screen that provides a high colour and resolution viewing. It measures 6.7cm wide by 6.7cm high by 1.7cm deep making it easy to carry and weighs 120 grams. The FlipOut comes in different coloured casings including liquorice, raspberry crush, poppy red, white, fairway green, saffron and brilliant blue.

The Motorola FlipOut comes integrated with a built in 3 mega pixel camera that supports still photo capturing and video recording. For enhanced communication, the phone supports a CrystalTalk PLUS noise reduction feature. The phone will let you access popular social network sites which include Facebook, MySpace and Twitter. Users can also access their Gmail account and other messaging services on the FlipOut.
The Motorola FlipOut supports 3G HSDPA and HSUPA technology. It works over 3G HSDPA 900 and 2100 networks plus GSM networks 850, 900, 1800 and 1900. It comes with 256 megabytes of RAM, 512 megabytes of ROM and with a 2 gigabyte MicroSD memory card. 3G and WiFi connectivity is also supported by the phone.
